Who is responsible for your data

Legal framework
This policy complies with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (nFADP / nLPD, in force since 1 September 2023) and, when applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we collect, why, and for how long
Trial class form
When you submit the trial class form, we collect your name, phone number, optionally your email, your preferred class, time slot and instructor, and any message you write. We also store the language and source page (e.g. /trial-class). The legal basis is your explicit consent (article 31 nFADP / article 6.1.a GDPR).
These data are kept 12 months maximum from the last contact. After this period, they are anonymized or deleted.
Audience analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics (included with our hosting), a privacy-friendly solution that does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable data. Aggregate metrics (visits, pages viewed, country, device type) are processed by Vercel Inc.
Server logs
Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps technical logs (IP, browser, accessed page) for security and debugging purposes for 30 days.
Who has access to your data
Your trial class data is only accessible to the WingTsun Genève instructor in charge of the relevant class type. We never sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties for marketing purposes.
Technical processors (Vercel for hosting, our internal CRM hosted in Switzerland, Resend for email delivery) may host data on our behalf but cannot use it for any other purpose.
Your rights
You can at any time:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw your consent at any time
- Object to processing for legitimate reasons
- Receive your data in a portable format

Cookies
This site uses no cookie for advertising or tracking. The only cookies that may be set are technical (preserving your language preference). They do not require your consent.
Complaint to the supervisory authority
If you consider that your rights are not respected, you can file a complaint with the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) in Switzerland: edoeb.admin.ch.
