Adult Class
The day you know how to defend yourself, everything shifts. Learn to neutralize a threat, defuse what's about to go wrong, and stay in control of the situation, whatever happens.

WingTsun for adults makes no compromise on effectiveness. You'll learn to neutralize an attacker in seconds, handle multiple attackers, use your environment (walls, floor, urban furniture) to your advantage. Some join out of martial curiosity, some to build confidence, some because the streets are changing. All leave with the same thing: the certainty that what they learned actually works. The EWTO program is mapped across 12 student levels then 12 technician levels: there's always a next step, with no ceiling and no grade-chasing.
- 01
The 5 fighting distances
Kicks, fists, elbows, knees, ground. You'll know what to do at each distance, without panic.
- 02
Timing and sensitivity
Chi Sao (sticky hands), the signature drill that develops tactile perception, letting you react before even seeing the attack.
- 03
Structure and rooting
How to hold ground against a 2× heavier opponent, relying on geometry and biomechanics rather than strength.
- 04
Stress management
Pressure drills, assault simulations, breath control. So your skills hold when adrenaline kicks in.
